Jaap Hermans (1973), a former History and Art School student, has worked in the bar-business for 14 years. Together with his business partner and head-brewer Erwin, Jaap opened local Eindhoven brewpub Van Moll in 2013. After 19 years at Philips Design, Dido van Klinken resigned to open Stadsbakkerij Broodt, an organic sourdough bakery where bread meets design.
