Jaap Hermans (1973), a former History and Art School student, has worked in the bar-business for 14 years. Together with his business partner and head-brewer Erwin, Jaap opened local Eindhoven brewpub Van Moll in 2013. Tommy Hunter is the Netherlands Market Manager for the Lagunitas Brewing Company, a craft beer brewery founded in 1993 in Lagunitas, California and half-owned by Heineken International.
