Ryan Bahadoer is the son of Soenil Bahader, chef at Michelen-starred Restaurant Lindehof in Nuenen. After years of working in high end restaurants, Ryan decided to join The Pool Eindhoven where he can embrace his “rebel chef attitude” and experiment with innovative dishes.Nacho Carbonell is an award winning designer whose work is included in the collections of the Fnac-Fonds National D’art Contemporain (National Contemporary Art Collection, France), the Groninger Museum in the Netherlands, MoMA San Francisco, the Art Institute of Chicago and the Mint Museum in the United States.
